Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to lead our team in executing all test and debug activities for Server & Rack products with test failures during production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, analysis, and troubleshooting, with experience working closely with customers and HQ/factory teams to drive improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of Assistant Engineers and Technicians in executing all test and debug activities.
  • Conduct testing, analysis, and troubleshooting on failed products.
  • Identify root causes of failures, isolate faulty components, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min. Diploma in Engineering discipline.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in Server / Rack/ Manufacturing environment.
  • Linux knowledge (preferably).
  • Able to multi-task & work under pressure.
