Job Description:

The Taxi Driver Relations Coordinator plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with taxi drivers. This involves developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, communicating effectively with customers, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet KPIs set by Manager and/or Head of Department
  • Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage customer escalations ensuring issues are addressed promptly, with clear communication and follow-up
  • Draft customer communications and publish information on various platforms
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer engagement events and award ceremonies
  • Proactively engage customers regularly with the aim to improve customer experience
  • To be involved in Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Work Experience:

A diploma or above is required, along with at least one year of relevant working experience. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing abilities to communicate clearly and concisely.
