We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Logistics and Event Coordinator to join our team at TRUSTED SERVICES PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing event logistic and secretariat support, assisting in the planning and execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secretariat and Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Registration Management: Manage registration processes to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including handling RSVPs, tracking guest lists, and sending reminders.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with third-party vendors to secure the best rates and services.
Dynamic Adaptation:
  • Digital Event Setup and Coordination: Assist in setting up and coordinating digital events, including online registrations, webinars, and conference calls.
  • General Admin Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Team-Building and Activities Organization: Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualification:
  • Education: General university degree or polytechnic diploma required.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of work or event management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $50,000 - SGD $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
