The Role- Owning daily sales operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order management.
- Developing and executing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok Ads, and other channels, driving growth and engagement.
You will also be responsible for:
- Optimizing Shopify checkout funnels and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and average order value.
- Building automated flows to enhance customer interactions and increase loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong expertise in ads optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Able to build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights.
Nice-to-haves: Marketplace ads, live-commerce support, and knowledge of the fragrance industry.
