Job Title: Management Assistant Officer

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the career development journeys of students. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of internship programs, coordinating events, and liaising with students and employers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out established internship program processes, including preparation and handling of documentation/records, and student submissions.
  • Monitor and follow up on key internship milestones, ensuring timely completion of required steps by students and employers.
  • Assist in the use and upkeep of internship-related digital tools and platforms, managing routine updates, records, and user queries.
  • Compile and maintain accurate internship data to support tracking, analysis, and reporting needs.
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data or systems management tools
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset
