Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage PA Development Account and Community Centre/Club Building Funds (CCBFs) for proper accounting of development projects and timely management reporting.
  • Verify daily collections and payments for PA Account 2 and donations for CCBFs, including monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Supervise sectional staff to ensure efficient operation of the Development Section.
  • Provide secretariat support to PA Community Club Building Fund Council and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with fund-raising processes and timely submission of claims.
  • Track CCBF funds accurately.
  • Coordinate recovery of outstanding bills from outsourced parties.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting development grant requests to MCCY.
  • Perform monthly/yearly closures of accounts for management analysis.
  • Prepare quarterly GST returns for compliance.
  • Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and coordinate audits.
  • Compile and submit statistical and financial reports to government departments.
  • Review and update financial policies and procedures.
  • Develop internal controls, SOPs, and templates to enhance financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounts.
