Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed quotations and tenders for construction projects
  • Actively follow up and secure new projects to meet business targets
  • Progress claims and identify potential variation orders (VOs)
  • Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate final accounts
  • Award of subcontracts, including sourcing, requesting quotations, negotiating discounts, preparing subcontract LOA/works orders, and certifying subcontractors' payments

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in procurement, contract administration, quotations, and claims (Local Construction Experience)
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Building/QS/Civil Engineering
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice
  • Only Singaporean & Permanent Residents need to apply
