Marketing Data Analyst Job Description

Changi Airport Group is seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our Centre of Excellence (COE) Marketing Experimentation & Personalization team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources to produce actionable insights that support or devise marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing decisions
  • Design and oversee A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards to track marketing performance
  • Collaborate with the MarTech team to review and manage customer data platform attributes
  • Propose and measure the payback for MarTech investments
Requirements:
  • Degree in Statistics / Data Analytics or a related field
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and/or Python and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in using Adobe Analytics, Business Intelligence Tool (e.g. Tableau / Microstrategy) and Customer Data Platform
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to analyze results from marketing experiments
  • Proficient in data analysis and ability to draw insights from data
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written/visual) to create and deliver compelling presentations of insights to teams, senior management and internal & external stakeholders
