Job Role Overview

  • The candidate will be part of the Group Credit Policy and Governance team, providing independent oversight of personal financial services loans portfolio for a leading bank in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Support the review and maintenance of the group retail credit policy and process standards.
  • Ensure regional countries are operating within the group PFS policy, frameworks, and approved retail risk appetite metrics.
  • Provide independent review and recommendation on proposed credit policies changes and related credit papers requiring approval from group retail credit.
  • Perform independent monitoring of portfolio quality for PFS loans portfolio across countries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • At least 8 years of working experience in a retail credit risk management role, preferably in a credit risk policy, MIS, and portfolio management capacity.
  • Strong analytical mind with sound business acumen, highly meticulous, and self-motivated.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and good knowledge of SAS programming, decision tree segmentation tool, SQL database, and visualization tool (e.g., PowerBI).
