Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Manage internal and external audits, as well as corrective action reporting processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to address potential non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address internal process and quality issues.
  • Coordinate the review and improvement of quality procedures and inspection standards for incoming, in-process, and outgoing goods.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal inspections in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in tooling fabrication or plastics injection molding industry preferred
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and ISO 22301 quality systems
  • Knowledge in supplier management
  • Knowledge in Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R)
