We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to join our team at the Trescal Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of goods receipt, inspection, and processing, ensuring seamless delivery to our company.

Your primary focus will be on receiving, inspecting, and recording all goods delivered to the company, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also be responsible for carrying out thorough inspections of received goods to check for damage, quantity, and quality.

In addition, you will need to enter all goods received onto our computer system, correlating items with purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment. You will also be required to maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized warehouse area, adhering to Health and Safety protocols.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work under pressure, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you have experience in logistics or inventory management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all goods delivered to the company.
  • Carry out thorough inspections of received goods to check for damage, quantity, and quality.
  • Enter all goods received onto our computer system, correlating items with purchase orders.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized warehouse area.
  • Pick stock items accurately based on outgoing paperwork.
  • Adequately package all orders for secure delivery to customers.
  • Liaise with various carriers used for customer delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Excellent practical driving skills and a valid full clean driving license.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Lifting and carrying skills to handle goods safely.
  • Competency in completing record sheets and paperwork efficiently.
  • Able to work autonomously, organized, and with precision.
