We are seeking a skilled Key Accounts Executive - Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing key account plans, leading sales teams, and driving business growth in the FMCG industry. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building, this role requires excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective key account strategies to drive business growth and maximize ROI
• Lead and manage sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to execute sales activities and promotions
• Analyze market trends and consumer demands to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring top-of-mind status for initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, or equivalent systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
