Road Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction management group, you will oversee road construction teams and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise road construction teams and coordinate with Site Supervisors to ensure project success.
- Manage all documentation related to construction works, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analyze site drawings and implement plans accordingly.
- Maintain safe work procedures, risk assessments, and safety documents to ensure a secure working environment.
- Establish performance goals and deadlines that align with company objectives.
- Motivate employees by resolving issues and making informed decisions.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Be available for work 24/7.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with NCE application, As-built drawings, TCP, SP Claim submission, Shoring Plan, PE design, Steel plate decking design, Gas pipe/water pipe projects, and Telcom projects.
- Must possess PSM, BCSS, RES, CSCPM certifications, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and well-versed MS Office skills.
