Technical Site Engineer Job Description\

The Technical Site Engineer plays a vital role in planning and scheduling work in accordance with machinery-related work programs. They will collaborate closely with Professional Engineers on various machinery works, handle technical and engineering problems, and provide expert guidance to workers on machinery and construction works.

Key Responsibilities:\
- Plan and schedule work in accordance with machinery-related work programs\\- Liaise with Professional Engineers on various machinery works\\- Handle technical and engineering problems\\- Provide guidance to workers on machinery and construction works\\- Maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues on time\\- Prepare reports and method statements as necessary\\- Manage workers and monitor their work closely to ensure site safety and neatness\\- Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Requirements:\
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in relation to special machinery and welding/cutting\- Minimum 20 years' relevant experience in construction and related work\- Ability to communicate well with project staffs/workers\- Able to commit to a 6-day week with long work hours to meet tight project deadlines
