Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Duties:
    • Perform a range of clinical and administrative tasks, including phone inquiries, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-ins.
    • Liaise with patients and their family members regarding follow-up appointments.
    • Process prescriptions accurately and dispense medication to patients.
    • Assist doctors in consultations, examinations, treatments, and vaccinations.
    • Handle feedback promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Deliver excellent customer service as a frontline staff member and clinic ambassador.
    • Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum O' or N' Level Certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant in the medical field (an added advantage)
  • Working experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • Able to work on weekends and commit to shift work as assigned based on roster
