Swim Coach Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated swim coach to join our team.

As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and challenging swimming programs that cater to the needs of our students.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver effective swimming lessons that promote skill development and physical fitness.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their confidence and motivation.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and engagement.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a swim coach or instructor.In-depth knowledge of swimming techniques and strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good physical fitness and ability to participate in water activities.
