We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pet Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our reception area.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting clients and their pets upon arrival, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and their pets, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule appointments and manage client records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, consult rooms, and surrounding areas
About You
  • No prior experience necessary, but industry or medical experience is highly valued
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (up to 10pm) and Saturday and Sunday (up to 6pm or 7pm). If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the well-being of animals, we encourage you to apply.
