**Job Title:** Financial Operations Specialist


Binance, a leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing crypto asset accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to ensure Binance's financial records are accurate and compliant with global standards.
  • Manage crypto asset accounting processes and produce relevant financial reports.
  • Perform high-volume data reconciliation across multiple systems and blockchain networks.
  • Support historical financial cleanup initiatives, ensuring completeness and audit readiness.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • ACCA or CPA certification is a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in accounting operations or external/internal audit.
  • Proven expertise in multi-currency accounting and handling complex financial data.
  • Experience in crypto asset accounting is highly preferred.
