Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead comprehensive digital readiness and change management programmes across a healthcare cluster, driving organisational transformation and shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Behavioural Science, Human Factors or Communications, with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare settings. Experience in Organisational Development and Change Management will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement digital strategies to support organisational transformation, including digital initiatives, restructures, or cultural shifts.
  • Lead workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gauge employee sentiment and readiness.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programmes to ensure employees are equipped for new systems, tools, or processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas of resistance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to articulate the rationale, benefits, and progress of digital initiatives.
  • Identify, analyse, and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Support senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their digital roles.
  • Monitor and manage risks associated with digital efforts, providing contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Behavioural Science, Human Factors or Communications or equivalent with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in healthcare settings with knowledge of hospital operations (clinical and/or support functions) will be advantageous.
  • Experience in Organisational Development will be an advantage.
  • Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Task driven, strong facilitation, planning and analytical skills.
