Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Equity Swaps Operations Specialist to join our Prime Finance Middle Office team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the trade lifecycle of our Prime Swap clients, providing exceptional client service, and driving process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the trade lifecycle of Prime Swap clients, including trade capture, settlements, and reconciliations
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Sales and Trading team to ensure seamless trade execution and lifecycle management
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and increase operational efficiency
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence and Process Re-engineering team to drive automation solutions and optimize trade lifecycle management
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a related role, with a strong background in equity swaps operations
  • Relevant degree (Business, Accounting, Finance) or equivalent work and industry experience preferred
  • Cash Equity and Equity Swap product knowledge, and understanding of lifecycle management (trade capture, settlements, reconciliations) essential
  • Client Service experience preferred, preferably within Prime Brokerage
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; leadership qualities with strong risk management and control mindset
