Sales Executive for Corporate and Events

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at PHOENIX OPCO PTE. LTD. as a key player in driving revenue growth through corporate and events sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of event planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate and events market, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs, provide customized solutions, ensure high client satisfaction, handle client inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events that meet their objectives and budget, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, oversee event logistics, ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the corporate or events sector.
- Strong understanding of event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
