Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Infrastructure Project Director to join our team at NCS PTE. LTD. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. He/She will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to communicate project status, progress, and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and customers to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in network infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, including routing, switching, and cybersecurity.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
