Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain tablet and capsule final packing equipment, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain equipment cleanliness and cGMP compliance.
- Document operations and maintain records in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Operate equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and batch documents.
- Monitor in-process parameters and perform checks throughout the batch.
- Complete all relevant records and documentation required for packing and related equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure cGMP compliance.
- Perform other relevant duties as required to meet production schedules.
- Verify material and product details against batch documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering for equipment breakdown rectification and qualification.
- Participate in investigation of process deviations and cGMP compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, Safety, and Quality policies.
- Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP principles.
- Experience in bottle or blister oral solid dosage packing is preferred.
- A good team player with a positive learning attitude.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment with full gowning.
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Biotechnology, Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
- With 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Entry-level NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma candidates are welcome to apply.
