Job Title: Technical IT Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), as well as expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Windows OS, Active Directory (hybrid), Exchange, Office, scripting, and device management tools like Intune and SCCM.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a technical escalation point to support global IT infrastructure and collaborate with external vendors and partners.
  2. Contribute to major initiatives, such as network upgrades and cloud migration projects.
  3. Ensure system performance remains optimal, including coordination with third-party service providers.
  4. Monitor and maintain the security, reliability, and performance of core systems and backup environments.
  5. Assist in compliance reporting and remediation efforts.
  6. Work with architecture and security teams to provide feedback on infrastructure solutions.
  7. Help plan and execute infrastructure enhancements within a collaborative team.
  8. Cooperate with vendors and outsourcing teams to continuously improve service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid experience with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Active Directory (hybrid), Exchange, Office, scripting, and device management tools like Intune and SCCM.
  • Capable of designing and deploying secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based solutions.
  • Skilled at diagnosing and resolving issues related to cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and system maintenance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or certification is a plus.
