• Maintain the cleanliness of exterior areas, including sidewalks and pathways, ensuring they are free of obstacles and hazards.
• Clearing of leaves and debris from drains and gutters to prevent damage and ensure water flow.
• Sweep common outdoor areas regularly and ensure they are safe and clean for residents.
• Complete cleaning duties assigned by management, following established protocols and procedures.
