### Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital solutions group, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our products. Your expertise in cybersecurity will play a vital role in maintaining our company's reputation and protecting our customers' data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Quality Management System that ensures regular management reviews and KPI reporting related to cybersecurity.
- Represent software solution integrity for digital solutions cybersecurity products.
- Ensure that digital solutions meet cybersecurity regulations in the market and regions as well as automotive cybersecurity regulations.
- Monitor supplier releases related to digital solutions cybersecurity.
- Develop concepts of cybersecurity features to be implemented in projects.
- Involve in cybersecurity features development for projects.
- Develop and continuously review/update all necessary Product and Process Quality Standards to meet market/customer requirements.
- Foster cooperation with other central functions (e.g., IT, R&D, Technical Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, Legal) to implement needed quality requirements and alignments.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Management functions or Software Development.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Regulatory Requirements.
- Experience in auditing and quality management systems.
- Project management experience.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in international environments (preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient English language skills (written and spoken).
- Availability for international traveling (up to 10%).
- Familiar with ISO/SAE.
