Job Title: Simulator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Simulator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of simulator hardware and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and part replacements to ensure simulators are always in working condition.
  • Calibrate simulators for accuracy and performance.
  • Support the setup of new simulator hardware and systems.
Software Support:
  • Provide basic support for simulator application software (configuration, settings adjustments, software updates etc).
  • Testing of the simulator application software to comply with customer requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and correction of software bugs and performance issues.
  • Design and develop software programs.
General Support:
  • Maintain technical documentation and repair logs.
  • Respond to customers' fault calls and resolve problems reported.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance to customers.
  • Provide customer training on the usage and operations of the simulators.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have knowledge in C#, SQL, Unity software, 3D modeling, AR/VR, and be able to learn quickly.
