Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Individual to fill the role of Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a critical part in designing, integrating, maintaining, and optimizing IAM processes to ensure seamless access management across our systems.

You will be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of system-independent role concepts to enhance authorisation management, assisting in gathering and assessing new requirements, defining needs, and coordinating external support in your area.

In addition, you will provide 24x7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of the IAM solution, work with other IT teams towards minimising system response time and maximising system availability, document requirements and coordinate enhancements in your assigned area, plan, coordinate and conduct training for assigned applications, and collaborate with other departments for productivity enhancements, error/cost reductions, and improvement projects as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you must have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management.

You should also possess excellent English skills, both written and spoken, be a good team player with good communication skills, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID is also essential.
