Job Title: Senior Application Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Application Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of application-based projects.

About the Team

This role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing application projects and a proven track record of success in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of potential applications to ensure they meet the organization's needs.
  • Define evaluation criteria based on functionality, compliance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shortlist applications that comply with regulations and align with business goals.
  • Plan and manage the implementation of chosen applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Coordinate with development and IT teams to oversee the deployment process.
  • Ensure applications are configured according to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Assess current infrastructure to verify its ability to support new applications.
  • Identify and implement necessary infrastructure upgrades to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT work experience with at least 5 years of Project management experience.
  • Experienced in managing application projects.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP) would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum Development and Implementation as a certified practitioner would be an added advantage.
