Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of premises and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Prepare and arrange rooms for various functions, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in the movement and labeling of assets, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the Reporting Officer.
  • Participate in inventory management and assist in the maintenance of a safe and secure working environment.
  • Man the Fire Command Centre, CCTV monitoring system, and fire safety alarm system, responding to security issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Fire Safety Committee to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Ensure that safety precautions are taken during work activities.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of related experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to read and write simple English.
  • Able to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience with SAP system is an added advantage.
