Job Description:

Web3 Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Web3 infrastructure specialist to lead the integration of blockchains into our Web3 wallet. The successful candidate will be responsible for product planning and management, process and standardization development, and collaboration with business development and operations teams to drive partnership execution.


This role involves optimizing the experience of Web3 wallet infrastructure, enhancing fluidity, stability, accuracy, and security while refining underlying strategies and user experience. You will research various blockchain ecosystems, analyze their underlying principles and development trends, and identify potential business opportunities to drive product innovation and strategic decision-making.


The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with the ability to bridge communication between technology development and business requirements. They should possess excellent project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure the timely delivery of technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of blockchains into the Web3 wallet
  • Develop and implement product plans and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with business development and operations teams to drive partnership execution
  • Research and analyze blockchain ecosystems and technologies
  • Identify potential business opportunities to drive product innovation and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in Web3 blockchain infrastructure or Web3 wallet infrastructure, 5+ years as a technical product manager
  • Strong technical background with the ability to bridge communication between technology development and business requirements
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure the timely delivery of technical solutions
  • Ability to abstract and simplify complex problems, leveraging first-principles thinking and systematic problem-solving
  • Strong resilience under pressure, exceptional communication skills, and a flexible mindset
  • Deep passion for Web3 and a keen awareness of industry trends and emerging innovations
