Key Responsibilities- Develop Manufacturing Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain and troubleshoot process control system recipes/models
- Carry out technical assessments for process evaluation
- Investigate, report, and troubleshoot quality and EHS issues
- Implement robust preventive measures for processing issues
- Proactively monitor site safety and quality standards
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and equipment
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Science with Major in Chemistry)
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bonus points if you have demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, Process Engineering knowledge, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
