Job Title

A Draftsman is required to join our team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can work on AutoCAD and Revit.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Draftsman to design and develop accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Create precise GA drawings, P&IDs, electrical layouts, and single-line diagrams.
  • Prepare proposal, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings across all project phases.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts with project teams.
  • Conduct site surveys to ensure drawing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in contractor meetings and communicate design changes to stakeholders.
  • Review design submissions for compliance and finalize as-built documentation for OMMs.
Requirements
  • Educational background: Degree, Diploma, ITE certification, BCA qualification, or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in AutoCAD drafting and/or BIM modelling (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered). Singapore construction project experience preferred, especially in Data Centre projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
    • Experience with M&E and Fire Protection drafting.
    • Familiar with Singapore CIM Guidelines and Codes of Practice.
    • Knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
    • Certified in CAD/BIM software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Self-driven, able to work independently and under pressure.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with project stakeholders.
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
