Job Description:We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Communications Specialist to drive the creation of high-quality visual content for our international markets. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and executing visually appealing graphics, packaging designs, and product displays that capture the essence of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for food packaging, product graphics, leaflets, catalogues, merchandising displays, point-of-purchase materials, and other ad-hoc design tasks.
- Manage artwork documents meticulously, ensuring accurate version control and maintaining an organized file system.
- Translate business and regulatory design requirements into tangible design solutions.
- Create and adjust product packaging layouts and label sticker drafts.
- Plan and prioritize product packaging design and adjustments proactively.
- Organize and maintain all packaging design files and related documentation.
- Support the business team by creating compelling Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design execution.
Requirements:
A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and experience in product packaging design is essential. You should have a solid understanding of design principles, practices, and software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, excellent communication and project management skills are required to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Benefits:The ideal candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant design experience. Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, particularly in the Food & Beverage industry, is highly desirable.
