Job Opportunity: Locum Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to commit to up to 30 hours per week, allowing for a great work-life balance.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to provide professional advice and counselling to patients, and maintain accurate patient medication records while ensuring confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense and verify prescription medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on the safe and effective use of medications.
  • Review prescriptions to ensure appropriateness and detect potential drug interactions or contraindications.

Requirements
  • Full registration as a Pharmacist.
  • Experience working in Primary Health Institution (PHI) settings.
