About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Lead to join our team at ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of a powerful ecosystem for cash management business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop a platform that fosters high throughput, low latency, and fault-tolerant cash management business solutions
  • Design and propose a system capable of managing diverse payment products and cash management activities
  • Drive agility through more focused and structured business analysis models
  • Navigate the regulatory landscape by implementing solutions that adhere to evolving regulations and new standards

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE/cloud native software engineering, ideally in a banking environment with cash management/payments processing domain
  • Strong ability to lead technology enthusiasts and performance tune applications for low latency and fault tolerance
  • Excellent understanding of Spring Frameworks, Spark Streaming Frameworks, and distributed systems
  • Experience with automated build and deployment tools, code version management tools, and testing frameworks
