Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Service Desk team to provide first-level technical support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT service management principles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the Service Desk team to deliver flawless customer service
  • Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated cases and provide guidance to the team
  • Take on a wider customer service role and promote the customer service ethic to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-year end-user support experience, desktop, or technical service desk
  • Minimum 3-year experience in leading a Service Desk team of at least 15 agents
  • In-depth technical skills to support existing and new computing devices like desktops, notebooks, tablet devices, and smartphones with knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory Account Administration, and Microsoft Office applications
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
