Production Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Production Operations Leader to spearhead the establishment and operation of pilot production lines. As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of engineers to set up and manage resources, ensuring uptime and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead a team of engineers to establish pilot production lines from scratch.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators for pilot production lines and report status to stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of pilot production lines, including manpower, tools, and systems.
  • Lead demand planning, production scheduling, and capacity management to meet customer needs.
Material, Equipment Selection, and Procurement:

Collaborate with material and equipment engineers to select and procure necessary tools and equipment.

Process Development and Optimization:

Work with process engineers to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new fabs.

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop production plans and schedules to optimize fab utilization and meet customer demand.

Quality Assurance and Control:

Implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable manufacturing.

Environmental, Health, and Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fab operation efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Team Management and Leadership:

Build and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operators.

Requirements:
  • At least 10-15 years of semiconductor wafer fab production experience.
  • Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in people and team management.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.
