Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) roadmap and action plan to drive performance metrics/goals.
- Conduct site inspections, provide guidance on compliance with local EHS statutory requirements, company safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Develop EHS performance metrics, implement best practices for safe work procedures, conduct EHS training, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS roles, familiarity with EHS rules and regulations across SEA region countries, and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Relevant EHS certification is advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, effective communication skills, experience in conducting EHS training, risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, as well as familiarity with various safety or quality certification programs such as ISO standards and safety management systems.
