About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our Unsecured Loan products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue for Unsecured Loans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, tech, and marketing, to identify opportunities for process improvements and new product development.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze data and insights, informing decision-making and driving business outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on loan product management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of loan product initiatives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer banking or a related industry, preferably in loan product management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in handling end-to-end product life cycles is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity applications.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
