We are seeking an experienced Financial Sector Specialist to join our Structured Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and executing structured finance transactions in OCBC's target markets in Asia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originating and structuring of structured finance transactions in the region.
  • Leading the entire credit origination, due diligence, documentation, and execution process.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of market trends and their impact on the portfolio and new business prospects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in structured finance.
  • Sound credit and structuring skills to justify credit merits to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in deal origination and client-facing roles.
