Your main responsibilities will include planning and submitting demand to our in-house system, raising proforma invoices based on allocation received, and generating weekly account statements. Strong collaboration with the Sales team is necessary to collect customer payments efficiently.

Before delivery, you'll coordinate arrangements with various departments to handle delivery based on different incoterms, assist with delivery cost controls, and prepare export documents. Additionally, you'll track shipments from global manufacturing sites, update stakeholders on delivery schedules, and ensure smooth delivery execution.

Your duties will also involve preparing and processing shipment for letter of credit (LC), arranging export documents, and presenting LC documents on time. Furthermore, you'll maintain accurate transaction records, manage refunds and rebates, and provide top-notch customer support.
