We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at THE CLOVER BRIDAL HOUSE PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a key position that will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, relationship building, and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company to effectively promote them to clients.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department to expand our customer base.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention and satisfaction.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients to increase revenue.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices for our products and services.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes to improve our offerings and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in consumption to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar field to provide a solid foundation for this role.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior to effectively understand client needs.
  • Professional yet affable disposition to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance to present ourselves positively to clients and partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Emboldened by challenges to drive business growth and expansion.
What We Offer
