Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring receiving orders from internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • They will process and manage purchase orders for materials and services, ensuring accurate orders are placed with suppliers.
  • Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to ensure goods and services meet specifications and are delivered on time is also a key responsibility.

Requirements
  • A minimum 2-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience is required.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and basic vendor management is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential.
