Job Overview:

Our team is seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Process Specialist to drive process development and higher-level troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for optimizing production operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering principles, with experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with cleanroom settings are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and failure analysis to optimize output and quality
  • Collaborate with line engineers to verify control chart and checklist protocols
  • Monitor and improve daily final test yield through data-driven decision making
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure seamless production operations
Requirements:
  • NITEC / Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge in production/operation control, process change, manpower control, etc.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom environment
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Open to 12-hour shift working arrangements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
