Office Maintenance Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Maintenance Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure all office spaces are clean and organized, including workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
    • Clean floors, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing, to maintain their appearance and cleanliness.
    • Vacuum carpeted areas and upholstered furniture to keep them clean and dust-free.
    • Dust and polish desks, tables, and other surfaces to remove dirt and fingerprints.
    • Restock restrooms with necessary supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
    • Empty and dispose of trash from bins throughout the office in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Clean windows, glass panels, and doors as required to ensure they are spotless and free of streaks.
    • Maintain and follow an assigned cleaning schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
    • Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management promptly so that they can be addressed.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sanitation.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Commitment to annual contracts preferred.

The work schedule is a 5-day work week, and you will be required to use various equipment and materials.
