Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Perform shift responsibilities to ensure smooth operations of the park.
  • Guest Experience Management: Deliver excellent guest experience, manage guest feedback, and close service lapses.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and raise incident reports as required.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure safe work practices are carried out.
  • Improvement Proposals: Review and propose ideas to improve park-related and guest experience matters.
  • Staff Management: Assist in staff management, including manpower planning, deployment, and training.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating and reviewing reports.
  • Wildlife Management: Assist in wildlife management efforts.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with leadership and project management skills.
  • Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
