Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled BPM UI Developer with hands-on experience in designing and developing responsive UI components for IBM BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing and enhancing IBM BPM Coaches and UI toolkits, as well as integrating BPM UI components with backend services using REST APIs and web services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating existing custom applications to IBM Application, ensuring seamless performance across different platforms. Additionally, they will work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to understand user needs and translate them into functional UI designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop responsive UI components for IBM BPM solutions
  • Customize and enhance IBM BPM Coaches and UI toolkits
  • Integrate BPM UI components with backend services using REST APIs and web services
  • Migrate existing custom applications to IBM Application
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to understand user needs and translate them into functional UI designs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM, specifically in developing and customizing UI components
  • Proficiency in designing user-friendly, responsive interfaces using IBM BPM Coaches, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries like AngularJS, React, or Vue.js is a plus
  • Strong understanding of IBM BPM Process Designer, Coaches, and UI Toolkit
  • Familiarity with integrating BPM with RESTful services, SOAP, and other APIs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot UI-related issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • IBM BPM certifications
