We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AVL Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and maintenance of all Audio Video Lighting (AVL) systems in our attractions. This includes managing a team to implement and ensure that all maintenance and repair schedules are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge in AV servers, PC/Networking, and PLC/Automation/control to lead system improvement projects. They will also be responsible for designing, planning, procuring, and leading these projects.

In addition, the candidate will oversee spares planning and manage third-party vendors for selected outsourcing works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program and Standard Operating Procedures for the team.
  • Manage and supervise a team to implement and ensure that all maintenance and repair schedules are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.
  • Plan and manage the budget for ongoing operations and capital expenditures.
  • Design, plan, procure, and lead system improvement projects.
  • Oversee spares planning and manage third-party vendors for selected outsourcing works.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Computer Engineering/Multimedia and Audio-visual Engineering with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in managing the design and installation of Audio-Visual and Lighting.
  • Prior experience working in an attraction or theme park setting is preferred.
  • Strong working and up-to-date knowledge in AV servers, PC/Networking.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of PLC/Automation/control would be advantageous.
  • Able to perform shift work (day or night) and weekends/public holidays.
  • Able to work at height.
