Are you a seasoned professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of environment and sustainability? We are seeking an experienced Environment & Sustainability Director to join our Asia team, based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to the growth of our E&S business, driving sustainable solutions and fostering industry change. As an Environment & Sustainability Director, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing ones, and delivering high-impact business development results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and strategic direction to expand our APAC E&S Hub's team and client base in Asia.
  • Serving as a member of the APAC E&S Hub's core leadership team to drive profitable growth across the hub's service areas.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the Hub's strategic business/action plans.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage the Hub and broader Worley business's multi-disciplinary offering.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience, including in a consulting environment.
  • Passion and drive for a sustainable future and to support and foster industry change.
  • Client-facing experience with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business growth.
  • High-impact business development skills, including the ability to develop new client relationships, manage existing ones, and win work for the group.
  • Substantial experience in a consulting environment providing Environment and Sustainability services to the energy and resources sector.
  • Able to work within and effectively lead small to large multi-disciplinary teams.
